  • That’s perfectly fine. We routinely work with lenders and will coordinate with the buyer’s mortgage company to ensure that all necessary documentation and deadlines are met.

  • Once a contract is signed, the ability to cancel depends on the terms in the agreement.

    We can include standard protections in the contract for inspections, financing, or other conditions. Before having the contract signed, we will have you review the contract and answer specific questions that you might have.
