ABOUT OUR LAW OFFICE
Launching Your Real Estate Success Across the Space Coast.
More Than a Law Firm
We are your local partners in building and protecting your most valuable assets. As a Brevard County-based, attorney-owned firm, we combine deep expertise in real estate law with a personal commitment to the community we serve. Our firm was founded with a singular purpose: to provide the highest level of service and peace of mind for every real estate transaction, from the Atlantic Coast to the St. Johns River.
Our Story & the Mangrove Mission
The name 'Mangrove' holds a special significance for us. Mangrove trees are resilient and foundational; they build land and create a natural barrier that protects the coast from storms. Our firm’s mission is a reflection of this powerful symbol.
We help our clients build wealth through real estate and provide the legal protection needed to secure their assets for the future. Founded by the husband and wife attorney team, Will and Chelsea Anderson, our firm is built on the principles of direct, personalized service. We believe that when you're dealing with something as significant as a property transaction, you deserve to work directly with legal counsel who knows your case and truly cares about your outcome.

Will Anderson
ATTORNEY
Will Anderson is an experienced attorney who focuses his practice on real estate law, lending, and civil litigation. Before co-founding Mangrove Title and Legal, PLLC Will represented clients in complex matters involving banking, foreclosure, and insurance disputes in both state and federal court. His past clients include Fortune 500 companies, national lenders, and insurers—giving him a deep understanding of how institutions approach legal risk, especially in the real estate and lending space.
Will began his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in Orlando, where he gained daily courtroom experience and litigated numerous jury and bench trials. He later transitioned to civil practice handling contested foreclosure matters during the years following the 2008 housing crisis. He now applies those skills to represent private lenders, real estate investors, and individuals navigating disputes involving property ownership.
At Mangrove Title and Legal, PLLC Will works closely with clients throughout Brevard County and beyond to handle foreclosures, partitions, title disputes, seller-financed transactions, and real estate closings. He often advises clients on how to protect their investment properties and resolve complex ownership issues efficiently and effectively.
Will earned his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he served on the Moot Court Team and was awarded the Book Award for Trial Practice. He lives in Brevard County with his wife and law partner, Chelsea Anderson, and their daughter.
