  • Chelsea Anderson

    Chelsea is a Brevard County native who couldn’t stay away from the Space Coast for long. She earned a Bachelors of Arts degree with a double major in Ecosystem Science & Policy and Political Science with a minor in Spanish from the University of Miami and earned her Juris Doctor degree from University of Florida. Chelsea started out practicing land use and environmental law assisting developers in Central and Northeast Florida with residential and nonresidential large-scale development projects. She later switched practice areas to focus on real estate transactional work. Chelsea uses her expertise in land use, real estate development, and real estate transactions to meet all aspects of her clients’ real estate needs.

  • Will Anderson

    Will is an attorney who has focused his practice on litigation. Prior to founding Mangrove Title & Legal, PLLC, Will represented clients in the areas of Consumer Financial Services Litigation, Business Litigation, Banking, and foreclosure.  Having represented lenders in contested and complex residential foreclosure matters, Will has insight into the operational needs of lenders and banks, and particularly with residential loans. The clients that Will represented both in state and federal court include Fortune 500 companies, as well as local and national financial institutions. Will has also defended insurance companies and the insured in first- and third-party lawsuits for auto and homeowners coverage in state court proceedings.

    After law school, Will began his career with the Public Defender’s office for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando, Florida. During his time there, Will represented his clients in court on a daily basis, successfully defending them in numerous jury and bench trials.  After leaving criminal practice, he was able to apply the courtrooms skills he learned at the Defender’s office in representing clients in civil matters.

    Will and Chelsea met while they both attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law.  While there, Will was a member of the Florida Law School Moot Court and received the book award for trial practice.

    While not at work, Will enjoys spending time with his family, CrossFit, and spoiling his and Chelsea’s adopted Wheaten  Terrier, Ranger.
